When your employees do healthy things, we’ll give them points. These count towards their Vitality status. The more points they earn, the higher their status becomes. Everyone starts at Bronze, then they can work their way to up to Silver, Gold and finally Platinum. The more they engage the bigger the rewards.

Exclusive rewards with Vitality Plus and Vitality Optimiser

With Vitality Optimiser your employees will get rewards that can help them to save with big UK brands. Savings range from 50% off monthly gym fees at Virgin Active (a joining fee will apply)¹ to a weekly cinema ticket at Cineworld or Vue² and 50% off a pair of running shoes online and in-store at Sweatshop.

Please note that both Vitality Plus and Vitality Optimiser work differently for Business Protection or Relevant Life Policies – the planholder receives the upfront discount or any premium discount (Vitality Optimiser only) and any cashback (applies to Vitality Plus and Vitality Optimiser). The person covered receives the remaining discounts and rewards benefits.
